WARNING: Successful People Value Time

Once your consultation is scheduled with a master stylist, we ask for you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure all questionnaire paperwork is filled out. 

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, it may be necessary for you to purchase an additional consultation deposit, should the appointment not be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 72- business hours' notice. 

Upon completing the form, a credit card authorization is required. Please ensure that the form is filled out completely; otherwise, the consultation will not be booked. The consultation deposit will be converted to RW credit and is non-refundable. RW credit can be utilized for future appointment services and/or the RW product line, with the exception of boutique items. RW credit will be forfeited if either the first appointment (the consultation appointment) or the first service appointment is canceled within 72 business hours. Our operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with later appointment times being at the stylist's discretion.

Once this form and deposit are complete, we will reach out with available dates and times.
