I wasn’t real clear on how to properly use the mask, and found the tutorial very vague. Was confused to either put it on dry or wet hair. Wash hair befor or after?. I reached out to Cortney and all she did was direct me to the tutorial which was useless. I emailed her back stating she didn’t answer my question on how to properly use it. I then told her never mind that I will figure it out. She came across snotty. Felt like you got my money and that’s all that mattered. For the price I expected a more professional service.
